As one communication strategy email marketing is good method, but companies have to careful with handling emails with their customers, coz we have seen there are thousands of companies failed to implement successful email marketing tactics.
Some times we argue, the lengthy mails wont read by recipients and short mails have higher reading rate. This the most common idea among marketers. But we my experience, I can say length is matter, but if the content is more relavent to the recipient, length is not highly matter, if it is interesting or, provide solution that recipient’s prevailing problem, even though mail is lengthy, definitely go through the mail and if there is any call to action, it will follow, If it is too short, recipient need to follow another method to get the complete solution.
I read this article and though to share my experience with others. Length is not major concern, when we send mails to our customers, we try to give possible solution to their problems,
